Longines Unveils Titanium Spirit Zulu Time Watch
Longines has just unveiled a titanium version of its acclaimed Longines Spirit Zulu Time, a move that promises to elevate the collection's appeal. Introduced in 2022, the Longines Spirit Zulu Time line brought a sporty edge to the brand's offerings with its multi-time-zone functionality and modern design. Now, the collection expands with a new titanium reference, combining lightweight durability with robust performance.
This latest iteration retains the core features that made the original Zulu Time a hit. Crafted from Grade 5 titanium, the watch is both lighter and stronger than its steel counterparts. It boasts a water resistance of up to 10 bar (100 meters) and features an interchangeable titanium bracelet with a double-security folding clasp. The bi-directional ceramic bezel, divided into matte and polished black, enhances its functionality by indicating day and night hours.
The watch's anthracite dial is a study in precision and elegance, featuring a date aperture at 6 o'clock, SuperLumiNova-coated Arabic numerals, and gold-plated hands. The matte black GMT hand, tipped with a luminescent red arrow, complements the Zulu Time inscription. Powered by the exclusive Longines GMT calibre L844.4, this timepiece offers ten times the resistance to magnetic fields compared to the ISO 764 standard, thanks to its silicon balance-spring.
With the addition of this titanium reference, Longines continues to innovate within the Spirit Zulu Time collection. Priced at $4,275, this new model offers fans another reason to appreciate the brand's commitment to precision and versatility.
